Who is behind HealthPlot?
HealthPlot is owned and operated by FrontDigit Labs LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka (GSTIN 29AAIFF4631L1Z3). The registered office and contact details are on the About page and in the footer of every page.
Why did I get an SMS from HLTPLT?
HLTPLT is the TRAI-DLT-registered sender ID of FrontDigit Labs LLP. A clinic you visit uses HealthPlot and sent you a service message — a sign-in code, an appointment confirmation or reminder, or a receipt. We never send advertising.
How do I stop reminders?
Tell your clinic, write to support@healthplot.in, or use the controls WhatsApp provides in the chat. Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one.
Is my health information safe?
Records are encrypted in transit, isolated per clinic, and visible only to team members whose role requires it, with an audit trail. Our Privacy Policy is written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and names a Grievance Officer you can contact.
Do patients need to install an app?
No. Patients sign in on the web with a one-time code and receive updates by SMS and WhatsApp.
